Facilitated the importation of 1.2 million liters of diesel into Goma, DRC, via the Uganda border, using SBLC-backed contracts and coordinated depot storage with local transporters.

Ensured continuous fuel supply for mining operations and commercial fleets in Eastern Congo.

Coffee Export Deal to Europe

Structured and executed the export of 60 MT of premium Ugandan Arabica coffee to a buyer in Germany. Managed all logistics, quality grading, and export documentation. Supported Ugandan farmers with better market access and fair pricing.

Gold CIF Transaction to Dubai

Our most recent project for Danske Bank was finished months in advance. The bank wanted to establish their German presence in a nonchalant way, while injecting a fresh air of Scandinavian design and color to the surrounding environment. One of the top features of this project remains the intricate main reception hall, with its glass ceiling. Established a secure, repeatable trade route with a verified buyer.

Trade Finance Structuring for SME Importer

Provided trade finance consultancy and documentation support to a Ugandan SME importing agricultural machinery. Facilitated a DLC issuance through an offshore partner bank. Enabled the client to scale operations and reduce capital strain.
